Intro Letter

Dear Resident,

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that we have purchased the property that you currently lease.

If you have a current and valid lease, it will remain in effect through its normal expiration. If your lease has expired, you may continue to live in your apartment on a month-to-month basis until July 31st. Beginning August 1, 2017, you must have a current signed lease or vacate the apartment. We will give you a copy of the new lease for your review and signature by July 1, 2017. If you do not intend to renew your lease you are reminded of the requirement to provide a 30 day notice to this effect.

Effective immediately, your monthly rent payments will be collected electronically. This requires that you have a bank checking account. In order to set up payment, send a text message to Chris Bingham with your email address.

You will receive an email to set up electronic monthly rent payments. This email will come from Cozy, the payment processor used for electronically collecting rent. You will need to:

-Create an account

-Set up your payments

-Add your bank account

-Verify your bank acct (can take 2-3 business days). Do not delay setting this up.

-Failure to transfer the rent prior to the due date may result in a late fee.

 

Over the next month there will be quite a bit of activity around the property as some repairs and improvements are made. It may be a little inconvenient but in the long run it will make things much better. We will work hard to make sure there is as little disruption to you as possible. Along these lines, if any of the items in the 1 car garage belong to you, please move them inside your garage or basement storage room by July 1st 2017. After that time the items will be disposed of.
